All correspondence regarding Tours/Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to Unique India Tour.
BOOKING:
Upon confirmation of your booking, your contract is with Unique India Tour. A contract is established when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from you.
PAYMENT:
To secure the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to be paid to Unique India Tour. This deposit is necessary to hold your booking on a confirmed basis.
BALANCE PAYMENT:
The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the commencement of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the service date will be considered a late booking, requiring full and final payment at the time of booking.
Note:
For bookings related to special train journeys, hotel or resort reservations during peak seasons (such as Christmas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali, etc.), full payment is required at the time of booking. Even after making the 50% deposit to confirm your bookings, there may be instances where an additional advance payment is required before the final balance due date, depending on the contractor/supplier’s payment deadlines.
MODE OF PAYMENT:
International clients can make payments using any of the following methods:
- PayPal: You can use any type of credit or debit card. Please note that a PayPal fee of 3% will be applied to the total amount.
- Indian Bank Transfer
Note:
All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deductions. Any bank charges for remittance (by the remitting bank or intermediary bank) will be strictly borne by the payer.
SPECIAL NOTE:
Please be aware that Unique India Tour employees or agents will never request your Card Number, CVV, Net Banking login, Password, OTP, etc. Nor will they ask you to transfer funds to a personal account or to install third-party apps like Any Desk, TeamViewer, etc. Please do not act on such requests and report any incidents to uniqueindiatour@gmail.com.
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY:
Each tour has its own cancellation policy, which can be found on each tour’s description page. The following cancellation terms apply only to those tours without a specified cancellation policy:
- 60 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost
- 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour/service cost
- 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost
- 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost
- 07 days & less prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND
REFUND:
Refunds for unused/unutilized services (paid for and canceled in advance) will be calculated based on the cancellation policy outlined above. Refunds will be issued to the person who made the payment. Please note that the refund process may take 2–4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is issued to a credit card or bank account, any bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
MANDATORY IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS:
All guests (Foreign Nationals, NRIs, and Indian Nationals) must provide Photo ID at the time of booking confirmation. The required documents vary as follows:
- For Foreign Nationals: Copy of Passport + Visa
- For Non-Resident Indian clients (NRI clients): Copy of Passport
- For Overseas Indian clients holding OCI/PIO card: Copy of Passport and OCI/PIO card
- For Domestic Clients: Copy of Driving License / Voter ID Card / Aadhar Card / Passport
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE POLICY:
- Check-In Timings: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Early arrivals are subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservations must be made starting from the previous night. - Check-Out Timings: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Late check-outs are available upon request and are subject to availability/payment.
EXTRA USAGE OF VEHICLE:
The cost for any extra usage of vehicles (cars/coaches with a driver) is not included in the services, and therefore, additional usage of the vehicle after transfers or sightseeing is not permitted.
OUR LIABILITIES AND LIMITATIONS:
After finalizing the tour/service cost, any increases in entrance fees for monuments/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges imposed by the Government of India will be charged as extra.
Rates provided by Unique India Tour are based on prevailing rates negotiated with hotels, airlines, etc. Hotels and airlines reserve the right to modify rates without notice. In case of such changes, we may adjust the rates quoted based on modifications from hotels or airlines.
Unique India Tour and its associates act solely as agents for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors providing services. All orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by these service providers. The tickets, coupons, or passage contracts used by carriers/hotels or other contractors shall constitute the sole contract between clients and such contractors.
Itineraries provided by Unique India Tour are sample itineraries intended to give a general idea of the trip schedule. Various factors such as weather, road conditions, and participants’ physical abilities may necessitate changes to the itinerary either before the tour or during it. Unique India Tour reserves the right to amend any aspect of the itinerary, including transportation and accommodation, without notice in the interest of the trip, participants’ safety, comfort, and well-being. Any extra costs incurred will be payable by the client.
Unique India Tour is not responsible for delays or changes in programs or expenses incurred due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, equipment breakdowns, weather conditions, political closures, acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Clients are liable for any extra expenses incurred due to these causes.
Unique India Tour shall not be held responsible for any loss of property or damages resulting from death or injuries sustained due to the negligence or default of any transportation company, hotel agents, or any other service providers.
We do not have any insurance policy covering expenses for accidents, sickness, theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage and personal belongings are at the client’s risk at all times.
Unique India Tour reserves the right to cancel any services if it deems the tour, trip, or passage impracticable for any reason. In such cases, a refund of the service value will be issued, and the client shall not have any further claims against the company.
Unique India Tour reserves the right to refuse service to any individual deemed undesirable at its sole discretion without the obligation to provide a reason.
FORCE MAJEURE:
Unique India Tour and any of its affiliates shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of its obligations if such performance is rendered impracticable due to acts of war, sabotage, embargoes, terrorism, civil commotion, transportation failures, government actions, acts of God, fires, floods, pandemics, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, or other causes beyond our control.
Both Unique India Tour and the client will make every effort to mitigate the effects of any Force Majeure events. Upon the resolution of the Force Majeure cause, these Terms and Conditions will again become fully operative. However, a Force Majeure event will not relieve either party of obligations accrued prior to its occurrence.
JURISDICTION CLAUSE:
All disputes arising from this agreement or any subsequent agreements will be subject to the jurisdiction of Agra Courts only.
