We had a great and successful trip and could not have been more pleased with our driver Mr. Singh and the car you suggested which was the right size for our needs. The smaller cars just would not have worked with the luggage we had and the bigger car was very comfortable. I am concerned that there may have been some misunderstanding regarding our needs and desires? This trip was primarily for my wife and my own eye surgery (which went perfectly) and to see some sights in Agra and Jaipur (which we did and were very happy with the trip). We were staying at the Oberoi properties in both cities and were very happy with them as they are "destination" properties which we enjoyed. It seemed that the guides we had were very displeased that we did not want to spend a lot of time shopping and when we told Mr. Singh that we did not want to spend time at these recommemded shopping stops, they became very unhappy with him. This I do not understand because he was only doing that which we requested. I hope that our requirements do not put him in a bad light with you as we could not possibly have been happier with his services. At all times he was there to pick us up, take us where we wanted to go, figure out the locations, and pick us up promptly when we were completed. I regard him as a great asset to us and to your company.

| No, we will consider Mr. Bahag Singh in positive light as all our drivers are vested with authority to stop the possible arise of displeasure due to over zealousness of guides. Thank you for the feed back. |
