We are a family of four (parents, two children 7 and 10) and travelled with Unique India Tours from Dehli to Agra and back to Dehli the next day on december 20th 2010. An absolutely reliable and patient driver collected us early in the morning from Dehli Airport and drove us safe to Agra in 4 hours. Except of one breakfast break, we slept all the time in his very comfortable car.
The “Kant-Hotel” in Agra has seen better days before, but is not expensive, okay for one night and has a suprisingly good restaurant.
A local guide welcomed us and showed us the famous Taj Mahal in the early afternoon. He gave us a lot of information and we were able to see this beautiful memorial in a relaxing atmosphere, with a lot of time to stroll around the park and the surrounding buildings. What a wonderful experience!
The next day we saw the impressive Agra Fort, which is definitely worth seeing (very few tourists there in the morning). In our opinion, some buildings there are almost as beautiful as the Taj. Again our guide provided us with interesting information.
On our way back to Dehli, we visited the Sikkandrar Tomb, which is set in a huge landscaped park with wildlife.
In Dehli we had organized our stay in the “Dehli Bed and Brekfast”, which we strongly recommend. Unique India Tours sent us a driver and a guide for a sightseeing day, which was very interesting, including an adventurous riksha ride through Old Dehli. The guide followed our interests and the fact that we were on tour with two children, who didn´t want to bustle from one sight to another.
Nearly all of this was organized by “UniqueIndiaTours” and we had some memorable days thanks to them with an excellent value for the money. We like to mention especially the drivers (extra mention Bahag Singh), who were very friendly, helpful and – very important in India – gave us a safe driving experience all the time!

We liked this service. A lot. The tour was always safe and fun. We thought we did not need the guides at all the places. Driver service was perfect. The guide told us too much and we couldn't have relaxed time. The hotels were good.

Enjoyed the trip a lot. The drive was good & smooth. The food stop was also clean. Enjoyed the tour of Agra & Taj Mahal. Vehicle was very clean & the driver (Ali) friendly. We learn't a lot along the way. Guide for Taj was also friendly & we learnt quite a lot about the Taj. Enjoyed the trip! Hotel was nice but did not have any heating. Food stop (Rajasthan motel?) is slightly expensive, but still acceptable.
